Q. What is eScan Remote Support (ERS)? How to login to remote computers. Does it mean you have to download team viewer to be able to access a computer?


A. We have implemented ERS ( eScan Remote support ) feature in eScan itself so to give the remote you have to just right click on Red shield icon and click on "eScan Remote support" This will be available after applying the latest eScan HOTFIX installed (Click here for eScan Hotfix Download Link).

Yes, you have to download Teamviewer to either initiate the connection with client or to Give a remote connection to another person.
