image image Q. How can I find which product and version of eScan is installed on my computer? A. For eScan version 10.x 1. eScan Version 10.x has only one red shield File:EScanFAQ120Version01.jpg icon on the System Tray   File:EScanFAQ120Version02.jpg   2. Place the mouse pointer on the red shield File:EScanFAQ120Version01.jpg icon, the eScan product name and version number will be displayed.   File:EScanFAQ120Version03.jpg   3. Alternately, you can right click on red shield File:EScanFAQ120Version01.jpg icon and click “About eScan”   File:EScanFAQ120Version04.jpg   4. The eScan Product name and Version number will be displayed on the screen.   File:EScanFAQ120Version05.jpg   For eScan version 9.x 1. eScan Version 9.x has two icons on the System Tray. A red shield File:EScanFAQ120Version01.jpg icon and a green File:EScanFAQ120Version06.jpg icon.   File:EScanFAQ120Version07.jpg   2.
