<I><B>A.</B> From the DOS prompt go to MailScan Folder.


  Copy *.SND to C:\PUB\UPDATE


When eScan clients update, they will also take the Warning Message Template from the eScan Server.</I>

Q. Where can I find, eScan installation and uninstallation logs?



Solution:-

eScan.log file will hold installation and uninstallation logs, this file will be created under %windir% folder.
