eScan web-protection blocks my local ip based intranet website.How should I stop eScan web-protection from blocking intranet website?

To allow blocking of IP based local intranet from being blocked by eScan web-protection, follow the below settings:
eScan.log file will hold installation and uninstallation logs, this file will be created under %windir% folder.
 


# Open Command Prompt,
----
# Go to the eScan Installed Directory path,
<B><I><font size=2>Email us your feedback to [mailto:solutions@mwti.net solutions@mwti.net]</font></I></B>
# Open file Mailscan.ini with Notepad,
# Search for IPIgnoreList=  
# Enter the IP (for eg. the local intranet ip) you want to allow,
# Save & Close.  
# Run mailscan.exe from the command prompt (from the eScan directory) & restart the browser.
# Reboot of the system is recommended

Q. Where can I find, eScan installation and uninstallation logs?



Solution:-

eScan.log file will hold installation and uninstallation logs, this file will be created under %windir% folder.
