Release Notes for MailScan 6.4a

1. If MailScan deletes any email, the same will be kept in %MSFolder%\quarant\ditems folder.
2. Content of the Ditems folder will be displayed in Web console of MailScan.
3. New Signatures added.
4. Minor bug with ldapdll.dll fixed.
5. iprepdb.log added.
6. Minor issue with webserver corrected.
7. Manual scanning of public folders is added.
8. If any object gets quarantine while doing Manual scanning you can restore that email back from quarantine
