Q. In EMC when I check client status for eScan installation. Am getting an error “Not enough storage space is available to process this command (1130)”

Solution:

You need to add one registry value on the client machine ( This registry value is already present on eScan server ).

1. Open Registry Editor ( Click here for How to start the windows registry editor? )

2. Locate the below registry key value:

  [ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\LanmanServer\Parameters ]
     "IRPStackSize"=dword: 00000015

3. If its not allowing you to change in registry. Then follow the mentioned steps.

    a. Goto Start > Run ( Type cmd and then press enter on your keyboard )
    b. Change directory to \Progra~1\eScan
    c. Type the below mentioned command

         c:\> reload /s
    d. Now change the above mentioned registry value and type below command on command prompt

         c:\> reload /r

4. Close the Registry Editor.

5. Reboot the system. This should resolve the problem.
