<B>Q. After installing eScan on Windows 2008 64 bit edition, DNS, ADS doesn't work and also not able to connect to internet or LAN? </B>

1. Click on Start

2. Click on Run. In the Run box type <B>cmd</B> and click on <B>OK</B>

3. In the command prompt, go to windows folder (i.e. %windir%) and type
inst_tsp 2 2
(refer to image)

then type
inst_tspx 2 2
(refer to image)

4. Then rename the inst_tsp.exe to inst_tsp.old
(refer to image)

then rename inst_tspx.exe to inst_tspx.old

5. Restart the machine.

Solution: You need to enter the following in Website Allow List anl.com.* , Save it & restart the browser once.
