| To disable the Password prompt window, displayed while internet browsing, when the web protection is on, please follow the below steps:

| * Go to start > run and type regedit and press enter
| | # Try running chkdsk /f /r (from any bootable Disk) |
| * Then go to following registry entry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MicroWorld\ContentFiltering
| | # Check the boot.ini file if the file is corrupted. |

| :make the below entry

| <B>showdialog (Reg_Dword)</B>

| <B>value = 0</B>
| |

| This will not display the password prompt window but will show the <B>Access Denied Page</B>.

My Windows XP Machine is not booting after installing eScan.
Solution:
- Try running chkdsk /f /r (from any bootable Disk)
- Check the boot.ini file if the file is corrupted.
