1) Open the eScan Protection Center,

2) Click on <B>Endpoint Security</B> feature in the <B>Protection</B> section and then click on the <B>Settings</B> options,


5. Restart the machine.

3) In the Endpoint Security Settings window, go to the <B>USB Control</B> tab. Check the <B>Enable USB Control</B> and then check the <B>Block USB Ports</B>

4) To save the settings, click on the <B>Apply</B> and then the <B>OK</B> button.

Q. After installing eScan on Windows 2008 64 bit edition, DNS, ADS doesn't work and also not able to connect to internet or LAN?


A.

1. Click on Start

2. Click on Run. In the Run box type cmd and click on OK

3. In the command prompt, go to windows folder (i.e. %windir%) and type 

inst_tsp 2 2

inst_tspx 2 2

4. Then rename the inst_tsp.exe to inst_tsp.old
