| | WGWIN by default takes the connection settings from IE (Default Browser). Just in case you are using the proxy. All you need to do is select the checkbox "Use IE Proxy" before using it (Ensure that you had correctly configured your Internet Browser]. |

| <B>Solution:</B>

|
| |
| 1) Launch services.msc from a run command
| |
|
| |
|
| 2) Find the SLUNotify service & stop it
| | Below are the Command Line Parameters for WGWIN.EXE |

| 3) Find the Software Licensing service & stop it (it may say that ReadyBoost needs that service to run; stop it anyway)
| | <B>/ESPATCH</B> - Download eScan HotFix |

| 4) Then restart both services , starting with Software Licensing and then SLUNotify service.

| | <B>/MWAV</B> - Download MWAV |

| |

| Reboot is not required.
