Q. After applying the eScan License Key, the "Invalid License Key" message pops up


A. The above message could be for any of the below reasons:

  1. Length of standard key or activation code is not equal to 37.
  2. After decoding standard key if number of months is greater than 120 .i.e. 10 yrs.
  3. eScan ISS key has been issued and user enters eScan for Antivirus key .i.e.different product.
  4. Client is registering online and he has an invalid standard key.
  5. Unable to decode the key.
  6. Key has expired.
